How to enter Play the Daily Challenge and/or Daily Streak Challenge at The or No The?, share that challenge's score publicly on X using #TheOrNoTheWin100 and mentioning @the_or_no_the, and follow @the_or_no_the. Each of the two different daily challenges can earn one entry, giving a maximum of two entries per person per day.

1. Promoter

The promoter is The or No The? (“the Promoter”). This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with X.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors or anyone directly involved in administering the prize draw, and members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional period

The prize draw opens at 00:00 BST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026. Entries made outside this period will not be accepted. The closing date will not be extended except where permitted by applicable rules or law.

4. How to enter

For one valid entry, an eligible entrant must:

  1. play either that day's Daily Challenge or Daily Streak Challenge at The or No The?;
  2. share the score from that specific challenge publicly on X during the promotional period, including #TheOrNoTheWin100 and mentioning @the_or_no_the; and
  3. follow @the_or_no_the on X and still be following the account when eligibility is verified.

The Daily Challenge and Daily Streak Challenge are separate qualifying plays. An entrant may therefore receive a maximum of two entries per calendar day: one for a qualifying Daily Challenge share and one for a qualifying Daily Streak Challenge share. Reposting or sharing the same challenge result more than once does not create additional entries.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and an X account are required. An entrant's qualifying post must be public and visible to the Promoter so that the entry can be verified.

5. Entry limits and fair use

Maximum two entries per person per calendar day and a maximum of 62 entries per person during the promotional period. Only one X account may be used by each entrant. Entrants using multiple accounts, automated entry methods, duplicate entries or other methods intended to circumvent these limits may be disqualified.

6. The prize

There is one prize: a £100 digital gift card or e-voucher from a UK retailer of the winner's choice, subject to the retailer being reasonably available for the Promoter to purchase and able to issue a suitable £100 voucher. If the requested retailer cannot reasonably supply the voucher, the Promoter and winner will agree a reasonable alternative retailer.

There is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner selection

After the closing date, all valid entries will be collated and one winning entry will be selected at random. The Promoter will use a verifiably random computer process and retain a record of the draw.

8. Verification and contacting the winner

The selected entrant's eligibility will be checked, including the qualifying score share, required hashtag and mention, entry limits, UK/age eligibility and that the entrant follows @the_or_no_the. The winner will be contacted through X no later than 6 November 2026.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of the first direct contact, cannot provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select a replacement winner at random from the remaining valid entries.

9. Award of the prize

The Promoter will arrange the voucher with the verified winner and aims to provide it within 30 days of the closing date. The winner is responsible for checking and complying with the chosen retailer's own gift-card terms.

10. Winner information

The Promoter will make available information sufficient to show that a valid award took place, as required by applicable promotional rules. Entrants acknowledge that limited winner information may need to be made available for this purpose, subject to applicable law.

11. Administration

The Promoter may reject entries that are fraudulent, automated, illegible, inaccessible, incomplete, do not satisfy these terms, or otherwise attempt to manipulate the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be seen or verified because of an entrant's privacy settings, deletion of a post, platform filtering, technical failure or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

The Promoter will administer the promotion fairly and will not change these terms in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants, except where a change is necessary to comply with law or circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.

12. Personal information

Information supplied or made available in connection with the prize draw will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner, deliver the prize and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Do not include personal information in your public score post beyond what you choose to publish on X.

13. X

By entering, entrants release X from responsibility in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by law. X is not the promoter and has not sponsored, endorsed or administered this prize draw. Entrants must also comply with X's applicable rules.

14. General

These terms are governed by applicable UK law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
